Florida Explores New Options to Keep HSR Funding |
Governor Rick Scott has indicated he is willing to look at a plan that would spare the state financial obligation for Florida's High Speed Rail. The state has until Friday to come up with another entity to accept the $2.4 billion to build the train between Tampa and Orlando. |
