China Sets New High Speed Rail Record |
This week's broadcast of the High Speed Rail News Channel reports that China has set a new rail speed record at 259 miles-per-hour on a train that will typically travel 217 miles-per hour carrying 80-million passengers a year.
In America, Amtrak has announced its 30-year vision: trains traveling up to 220 miles-per-hour from Boston to Washington DC. |
