Research from the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) shows people who live near rail and other public transportation services drive less, walk more and live longer than communities without high quality public transportation.
Additionally, a new report by the Center for Urban Infrastructure predicts high speed rail will attract 127,000 permanent jobs to southern California by 2035. |
